If you choose Expedited Shipping to a remote area, you will be charged an additional $10 USD for remote delivery. Our logistics team will provide information regarding remote areas. 4. EU, UK & CANADA CUSTOMERS (TAXES & DUTIES)

Import taxes and tariffs are applicable to all orders that DHL Express ships to the United Kingdom, Canada, and the European Union. The recipient is responsible for paying these taxes and charges, which are decided by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Additionally, we advise you to think about switching to regular shipment. Standard delivery is still a dependable and effective service, but it costs less than DHL Express. It’s crucial to remember, too, that regular delivery can take longer than DHL Express’s 5 to 7 business days.

1. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
   We proudly offer worldwide shipping, including free economy shipping for international orders. Please be aware that additional taxes and duties may be applicable in certain cases.
2. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
   We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, but we do accept deliveries to PO Boxes. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for PO Box deliveries.
3. ORDER DELAY?
   If your order has not reached you within 45 days, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for a refund or replacement.
4. MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
