Return Policy

🕒 Time-Limited Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returned products must be new, unused, and include original tags and labels.

✅ Accepted Returns

• Wrong item received: Incorrect size, color, style, or product.
• Defective or damaged item: Item is broken or faulty upon arrival.
• Item not as described: Does not match website description or images.
• Dissatisfaction: Partial refund may be provided if you're unhappy with the item.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For

• Returns requested after 30 days.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Customer-selected wrong size or color.
• Damage caused by customer.
• Items delivered within estimated delivery time.
• Gift cards (non-returnable).
• Sale or discounted items (final sale).

⚠️ "No Need to Return" Policy

In select cases, we may not require you to return the item. To qualify, please send a detailed explanation and photo(s) through our Return Form. Our team will evaluate your case and offer a resolution.

📦 Return Process

To begin a return, contact us at support@wonderprintshop.com. Please do not send returns without prior approval. We will provide instructions and return address details.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

After inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund and send a confirmation via email. Refund timelines:

• PayPal: 3–5 business days
• Credit Card: Up to 10 business days

Note: Refunds can only be issued once per order under our warranty policy.

Exchanges

After receiving your return, we will contact you to confirm your new item. If the exchange request is not due to our error, we’ll offer you a special deal to reorder. Contact us for more details.
