Intellectual Property Complaint Policy

Intellectual Property Complaint Policy

Wonder Print Shop provides creators with a platform to sell custom merchandise. All users agree to our Terms of Service before using our platform. As part of this agreement, users are strictly prohibited from listing or selling products that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade dress, and rights of publicity.

Our policy is to promptly remove any content reported in good faith as infringing upon intellectual property rights, and to take action against repeat violators, including account termination.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated by a Wonder Print Shop user, please contact us at support@wonderprintshop.com and provide the following details:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.
  2. The URL(s) of the campaign(s) selling the allegedly infringing products.
  3. Identification of the intellectual property allegedly infringed (e.g., trademark or copyright), including proof of ownership.
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that the reported use is unauthorized under applicable law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

Counter-Notice Policy

If you believe a takedown notice was filed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. However, please be aware that falsely claiming non-infringement may result in legal consequences. If unsure, consult with an attorney before proceeding.

Submit your counter-notice to support@wonderprintshop.com with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  3. Identification of the material removed (URL or campaign ID) and its location prior to removal.
  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown was a mistake or misidentification.
  5. Your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate U.S. federal court and to accept legal service from the complaining party or their agent.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, Wonder Print Shop may notify the original claimant. Unless the intellectual property owner takes legal action within 10 business days, the material may be restored within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Wonder Print Shop tracks repeat intellectual property violations. If multiple infringement claims are received against your account, we may suspend or permanently terminate access to our services.

Accounts that violate our Terms of Service or the spirit of our policies may also be subject to termination, even without multiple strikes.
