Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which applies to all orders placed with Wonder Print Shop. Because our items are custom-made to order, your total delivery time includes both a production window and transit.

1. Processing Time

You can use the processing time below to estimate when your order will be dispatched. Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Regional Delivery Breakdown

While the estimated shipping times below apply to most orders, exact transit times depend on your specific region and final-mile delivery conditions:

• Major cities & urban areas: shipments typically arrive on the faster end of the estimated window.
• Suburban & rural areas: standard times apply, but local postal routing may require the full estimated timeframe.
• Remote & non-contiguous territories: deliveries to remote regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, offshore territories, remote parts of Australia) may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates.

All shipping costs are shown in USD at checkout, based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

The United States

Special Countries & Territories

For certain regions, specific shipping conditions may apply. Note: DHL requires a physical, verified address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Australia

Major cities & urban areas:

Remote areas in Australia: if you select Expedited Shipping to a remote area, an additional $10 USD remote-delivery fee applies. To save on cost, we recommend customers in these areas switch to Standard/Economy (fulfilled via Australia Post). To verify whether your address is remote, email us at support@wonderprintshop.com.

Other Countries

All times above are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary during holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

4. EU, UK & Canada Customers (Taxes & Duties)

Import taxes and tariffs may apply to orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, and the European Union. The recipient is responsible for paying these taxes and charges, which are set by the destination country's customs authorities. Please check with your local customs office to estimate potential fees.

If you select DHL Express, your package passes through expedited customs clearance, which often requires payment of import taxes directly to DHL before delivery. Standard shipping may cost less and follow different local postal clearance procedures, but can take longer.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number and link are emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow a short window after dispatch for the first tracking scans to appear in the carrier's system.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the dispatch date, please contact our Customer Service team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to find an appropriate solution — such as a free replacement or a refund — in line with our Refund Policy.

A tracking status of "Delivered" does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement; where a package shows delivered but is not received, we review the carrier's findings and the circumstances first (see our Refund Policy).

7. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you deliver internationally?
   Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with multiple affordable options. Additional taxes and duties may apply in certain cases.
2. Are there any shipping restrictions?
   We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. We do accept deliveries to PO Boxes, but Expedited Shipping and DHL are not available for PO Box deliveries.
3. What happens if my order is delayed?
   If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the dispatch date, please contact our Customer Service team and we will investigate with the carrier and help arrange an appropriate solution (see Section 6).
4. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
   No. We support one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you need items sent to different locations.
