Refund policy

Modification and Cancellation Refund

We offer full refunds for cancellation or modification requests made within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are locked for production and may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation.

Return Refund

You may request a refund for returned items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Lost Package Refund

If your package is lost in transit, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

If the package is marked as delivered but not received, we offer the following options:

  • Resend: You may request a reshipment. A small resend fee may apply.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund will be assessed based on the item’s value and the shipping carrier’s policy.

Refund for Insured Items

If your insured package shows as delivered but hasn't reached you, we can either resend your items or issue a refund of up to 70% of the order total.

Please provide documentation from your local post office confirming the delivery status so we can resolve the issue quickly.
