If, however, you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we are ready to assist with a refund or exchange. Please refer to our return policy below for complete details.

TIME-LIMITED RETURNS

You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

ACCEPTED RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for items in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item shipped by us: If you receive the wrong item, whether it's the wrong size, color, style, or an entirely different product.
  • Defective item: In the event you receive a damaged, broken, or otherwise defective item.
  • Item not as described: If the item you receive doesn't match the description on our website or in our marketing materials. To prevent such situations, we kindly advise reviewing the item description before placing your order.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or no longer wish to keep it, we are happy to accept returns and provide a partial refund.

Unacceptable reasons for customer returns include:

  • Returns requested after a 30-day warranty period.
  • Customer change of mind: We do not accept returns for items that the customer simply changes their mind about.
  • Customer ordered the wrong size or color: Please review the size chart carefully to avoid ordering the wrong size or color, as we cannot accept returns for this reason.
  • Customer damaged the item: If the customer damages the item, we cannot accept the return.
  • Items delivered within the specified time frame.
  • Gift cards, as they are non-returnable items.
  • All sale or discounted items are final sales and not eligible for returns.

EXCEPTIONS

At Wonder Print Shop, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise with your purchase, and we are committed to resolving any issues hassle-free.

Therefore, we have implemented a "NO NEED TO RETURN" policy for select situations, eliminating the need for you to physically return the item to us. Instead, we kindly request that you provide us with detailed information and photos of the item(s) in question, allowing us to promptly and effectively address your concerns. This approach saves you both time and money while ensuring the best possible service.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wonderprintshop.com. Upon contact, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

REFUNDS or EXCHANGE

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange and notify you by email once the process is complete.

REFUND

After processing your refund, please be aware that it may take some time for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Credit card: Up to 10 business days

*Limitations: The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

EXCHANGE

Upon receiving your returned items, we will promptly contact you to confirm the details of the new items you wish to exchange for.

If you wish to exchange items, but the error is not on our end, we would be happy to offer you a special deal to reorder another one. Please reach out to us for more information.
